Maintain A Deep Walk in God's Word
It is imperative that we maintain a deep walk in the Word of God
"….that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God." (Colossians 1: 10).
This will bring about the freedom we need to draw near to the Lord
11 Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.
12 Blessed are You, O LORD! Teach me Your statutes. (Psalm 119:11-12)
We must approach His Holy hill with hearts and hands that are pure
3 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place?4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation. (Psalm 24:3-5)
Not only can we approach the hill of the Lord, we can and should abide on the hill of the Lord
LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? (Psalm 15:1).
God never intended to establish His Kingdom with just mere words; He also intended to establish it with power.
For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power. (1 Corinthians 4:20)
