Psalm of Praise

Honor the Lord our God. Worship at his holy mountain. The Lord our God is holy.

Shout to the Lord with joy, everyone on earth. Worship the Lord with gladness. Come to him with songs of joy.
Give thanks as you enter the gates of his temple. Give praise as you enter its courtyards. Give thanks to him and praise his name. The Lord is good. His faithful love continues forever. It will last for all time to come.

I will sing about your love and fairness. Lord, I will sing praise to you.
I will praise the Lord. Deep down inside me, I will praise him. I will praise him, because his name is holy. I will praise the Lord. I won't forget anything he does for me. He forgives all my sins. He heals all my sicknesses. He saves my life from going down into the grave. His faithful and tender love makes me feel like a king. He satisfies me with the good things I long for. Then I feel young and strong again, just like an eagle.

The Lord is tender and kind. He is gracious. He is slow to get angry. He is full of love. His love for those who have respect for him is as high as the heavens are above the earth.

A father is tender and kind to his children. In the same way, the Lord is tender and kind to those who have respect for him. He always loves those who keep his covenant. He always does what is right for those who remember to obey his commands.

I will sing to the Lord all my life. I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. May these thoughts of mine please him. I find my joy in the Lord. I will praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

约 拿 逃 避 召 命

约拿书一1-3: 约 拿 逃 避 召 命

1:1 耶 和 华 的 话 临 到 亚 米 太 的 儿 子 约 拿 ， 说 ，
1:2 你 起 来 往 尼 尼 微 大 城 去 ， 向 其 中 的 居 民 呼 喊 。 因 为 他 们 的 恶 达 到 我 面 前 。


上 帝 吩 咐 约 拿 “ 起 来 往 ” 尼 尼 微 大 城 去 。 约 拿 所 领 受 的 命 令 ，离 开 巴 勒 斯 旦 地 往 位 于 东 面 的 尼 尼 微 去 。

1:3 约 拿 却 起 来 ， 逃 往 他 施 去 躲 避 耶 和 华 。 下 到 约 帕 ， 遇 见 一 只 船 ， 要 往 他 施 去 。 他 就 给 了 船 价 ， 上 了 船 ， 要 与 船 上 的 人 同 往 他 施 去 躲 避 耶 和 华 。


约 拿 听 了 上 帝 的 吩 咐 ， 他 确 是 “ 起 来 ” ， 但 是 ， 他 不 是 往 尼 尼 微 去 ， 却 是 往 他 施 去 。他 以 行 动 坚 决 的 拒 绝 领 受 上 帝 的 召 命。
约 拿 确 实 是 顺 服 了 上 帝 的 命 令 ， 看 他 收 拾 好 行 当 ， 上 路 去 了 。 只 是 ， 出 了 门 后 ， 绕 个 街 头 ， 在 大 家 看 不 见 的 时 候 ， 就 立 刻 换 了 方 向 。
约 拿 为 了 “ 躲 避 耶 和 华 的 面 ” ， 他 居 然 是 「有 多 远 就 跑 多 远 」， 可 见 他 当 时 的 心 态 是 多 么 的 愚 昧 ， 多 么 的 坚 决 ， 多 么 的 焦 急 。 然 而 ， 就 算 约 拿 逃 到 天 涯 海 角 ， 他 依 然 是 无 法 真 正 避 开 耶 和 华 的 。
总 结 约 拿 逃 避 耶 和 华 的 经 过 ， 我 们 看 见 他 奔 往 一 个 以 色 列 境 外 的 港 口 ， 包 了 船 ( 或 付 了 船 费 ) ， 逃 往 与 尼 尼 微 相 反 的 方 向 ， 并 且 还 加 入 水 手 的 行 列 。

上 帝 的 话 临 到 约 拿 ， 上 帝 给 约 拿 的 信 息 和 使 命 是 清 楚 不 过 的 ， 但 是 ， 这 却 成 了 约 拿 逃 避 上 帝 、 离 开 耶 和 华 的 面 的 原 因 ！很 多 时 候 ， 我 们 拒 绝 上 帝 的 呼 召 不 是 因 为 上 帝 的 呼 召 不 清 楚 ， 不 是 上 帝 拒 绝 发 言 ，不 是 上 帝 过 于 遥 远 ， 过 于 抽 象 ， 事 实 刚 好 相 反 ， 人 难 以 忍 受 的 是 一 位 过 于 真 实 的 上 帝 。 我 们 自 然 的 宗 教 性 难 以 承 担 永 活 、 真 实 的 上 帝 。 由 于 我 们 堕 落 的 人 性 ， 我 们 需 要 偶 像 ， 来 满 足 我 们 的 私 欲 ， 我 们 需 要 抽 离 人 间 的 神 ，与 现 实 脱 节 的 神 衹 ，任 我 们 自 由 放 纵 ， 任 由 我 们 的 幻 想 坐 在 生 命 的 宝 座 上 。
当 人 不 愿 意 接 受 耶 和 华 的 呼 召 ， 最 自 然 的 反 应 ， 也 是 最 愚 蠢 的 动 作 ， 就 是 逃 避 、 离 开 上 帝 的 面 ， 但 从 此 在 信 仰 上 飘 荡 流 离 ， 东 藏 西 躲 。


约 拿 的 故 事 是 现 代 基 督 徒 和 教 会 的 比 喻 。 虽 然 上 帝 已 经 给 了 我 们 信 息 ， 又 吩 咐 我 们 往 外 邦 人 当 中 去 ， 但 我 们 选 择 从 社 会 退 缩 ， 不 敢 往 他 们 中 间 去 ， 为 自 己 订 了 新 的 议 程 ， 新 的 方 向 ， 新 的 目 的 地 。 我 们 就 象 约 拿 一 样 ， 定 睛 在 他 施 ， 背 向 尼 尼 微 ， 也 背 向 耶 和 华 上 帝 。 我 们 付 出 极 重 的 代 价 ， 只 求 与 上 帝 背 道 而 行 。 正 如 教 会 花 上 庞 大 的 资 源 、 时 间 和 精 力 在 错 误 、 无 效 的 工 作 上 ； 在 世 界 风 起 云 涌 之 时 ， 我 们 反 倒 选 择 躲 在 一 个 极 隐 秘 的 地 方 沉 睡 。今 天 的 教 会 缺 乏 的 往 往 是 做 时 代 先 知 的 勇 气 。

诗 篇 23 篇 大 卫 的 诗



耶 和 华 是 我 的 牧 者 ， 我 必 不 致 缺 乏

人 生 在 世 ， 有 数 不 尽 问 题 、 填 不 满 的 欲 望 与 理 性 ， 为 何 说 没 有 缺 乏 呢 ？ 原 来 诗 人 另 有 发 现 ： 耶 和 华 是 我 的 牧 者 。


祂 使 我 躺 卧 在 青 草 地 上 ，祂 领 我 到 静 水 之 旁 ；

这 里 描 述 上 帝 的 供 应 是 丰 足 的 ， 诗 人 也 因 为 丰 富 的 供 应 而 心 满 意 足 。静 水 ， 不 是 一 洼 死 水 ， 乃 是 慢 慢 流 动 的 清 水。
这 两 句 是 描 写 上 帝 的 供 应 是 何 等 丰 富

祂 使 我 的 生 命 恢 复 ，祂 为 自 己 的 名 引 导 我 走 正 路 。

因 为 耶 和 华 的 喂 养 和 引 领 ，我 的 生 命 得 到 新 的 力 量 。
他 为 自 己 的 名 ， 可 以 说 是 上 帝 按 他 的 应 许 引 导 诗 人 走 上 正 确 的 道 路 ， 引 导 快 乐 的 路 。


纵 然 我 走 在 死 阴 的 谷 中 ，我 不 怕 遭 害；

人 在 顺 境 可 以 赞 美 上 帝 ， 但 是 在 逆 境 中 仍 然 可 以 赞 美 上 帝 。 死 阴 的 山 谷 即 是 充 满 死 亡 陷 阱 ， 危 机 四 伏 的 地 方 。虽 然 是 这 样 ， 诗 人 说 他 不 怕 遭 害 。 这 是 一 个 胜 利 的 宣 告 。

因 为 祢 与 我 同 在 ，祢 的 杖 与 祢 的 竿 ， 是 它 们 安 慰 我 。

不 怕 遭 害 的 原 因 是 因 为 上 帝 的 同 在 。在 危 难 中 安 慰 我 们 的 ， 并 非 靠 赖 上 帝 亲 自 的 显 现 ， 走 在 崎 岖 山 路 有 时 不 一 定 看 得 见 牧 人 的 身 影 ， 但 从 远 处 望 他 的 杖 与 他 的 竿 便 已 经 足 矣 。 杖 和 竿 除 了 可 以 赶 散 野 兽 ， 保 护 羊 群 之 外 ， 当 羊 群 中 有 顽 皮 的 或 离 群 时 ， 杖 和 竿 也 可 以 作 为 管 教 之 用 。 上 帝 透 过 他 的 办 法 ， 去 保 护 、 管 教 我 们 。


袮 在 我 面 前 大 摆 筵 席 ，面 对 我 的 众 仇 敌 ；

在 享 受 丰 筵 之 时 ，虽 然 敌 人 并 没 有 消 失，但 上 帝 的 保 护 与 祝 福 ， 能 叫 我 们 在 敌 人 面 前 ， 仍 可 以 毫 不 畏 惧 。

祢 用 膏 油 滋 润 我 的 头 ，我 的 杯 满 溢 。

橄 榄 油 来 搽 人 客 的 头 是 热 情 的 犹 太 人 表 示 欢 迎 的 一 种 礼 节 ，在 为 客 人 倒 酒 时 ， 酒 满 溢 流 出 来 ， 表 示 主 人 的 慷 慨 和 豪 情 。形 容 上 帝 以 丰 富 对 待 我 们 。

原 来 是 恩 惠 和 慈 爱 紧 追 着 我 ，在 我 有 生 之 日 ；

我 们 生 命 中 ，多 少 次 误 以 为 是 诅 咒 ， 其 实 竟 然 是 上 帝 化 妆 的 祝 福 。上 帝 的 恩 惠 和 慈 爱 穷 追 不 舍。

我 要 住 在 耶 和 华 的 殿 中 ，直 到 永 远 。

也 可 以 译 作 ， 我 要 回 到 耶 和 华 的 殿 中 。用 自 己 的 生 命 去 经 历 上 帝 的 临 在 和 能 力 (to experice God’s presence and power with him).

What God’s require of us
“And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the LORD and His statutes which I command you today for your good?”
(Deuteronomy 10:12,13).
“Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord”
(Hebrews 12:14).


God want us to be holy so that we can see Him
“But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”
(Romans 6:22,23).


God’s sanctification and preservation
“And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is He that call you, who also will do it”
(1 Thessalonians 5:23,24).


God’s Living Word - JESUS

God want our life to “prophesy” Jesus
