(God’s salvation and Judgement)

John 3:16-21

16 "God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son so that whoever believes in him may not be lost, but have eternal life. 17 God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through him. 18 People who believe in God's Son are not judged guilty. Those who do not believe have already been judged guilty, because they have not believed in God's one and only Son. 19 They are judged by this fact: The Light has come into the world, but they did not want light. They wanted darkness, because they were doing evil things. 20 All who do evil hate the light and will not come to the light, because it will show all the evil things they do. 21 But those who follow the true way come to the light, and it shows that the things they do were done through God."

John5:22-23

22 In fact, the Father judges no one, but he has given the Son power to do all the judging

23 so that all people will honor the Son as much as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.

Eternal Life in Jesus the Son of God

1John 5:10-12

10 Anyone who believes in the Son of God has the truth that God told us. Anyone who does not believe makes God a liar, because that person does not believe what God told us about his Son. 11 This is what God told us: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 Whoever has the Son has life, but whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

God chose foolish things to shame the wise

1 Cor. 1:27-30.

27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and he chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. 28 He chose what the world thinks is unimportant and what the world looks down on and thinks is nothing in order to destroy what the world thinks is important. 29 God did this so that no one can brag in his presence. 30 Because of God you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God. In Christ we are put right with God, and have been made holy, and have been set free from sin. 31 So, as the Scripture says, "If people want to brag, they should brag only about the Lord."

Blesssings come thru God’s Wisdom

Proverbs13:13-18

13 Happy is the person who finds wisdom, the one who gets understanding.
14 Wisdom is worth more than silver; it brings more profit than gold.
15 Wisdom is more precious than rubies; nothing you could want is equal to it.
16 With her right hand wisdom offers you a long life, and with her left hand she gives you riches and honor.
17 Wisdom will make your life pleasant and will bring you peace.
18 As a tree produces fruit, wisdom gives life to those who use it, and everyone who uses it will be happy.
